Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist organisation for a part time Equine Groom & Animal Care professional to take primary responsibility for equine, farm and small animal care.
This is a hands-on role working within a therapeutic and educational environment that supports children, young people and adults. The successful candidate will report day-to-day to the Land Support Manager and will play a key role in ensuring excellent standards of animal welfare, land management and safe operations across the site.
Key Responsibilities
This role includes, but is not limited to:
* All Equine and Animal Care (routine/s training) provided including stable maintenance, enclosure repairs/risk management/stock control etc
* This role holds responsibility for equine and animal care and welfare, so you must have experience working with horses to include but not limited to: mucking out, leading, grooming, hoof picking, muck picking, rugging and fitting f...
