Job Description

+ Attending and troubleshooting of wafer sort equipment during equipment down and low yield issues
+ To receive incoming wafer and support of wafer lot shipment
+ Carry out incoming/outgoing wafer inspection
+ Carry out wafer sort production support, equipment setup, lot transaction and lot shipment
+ Keep good housekeeping and good safety practices to adhere to company/department set rules, regulations and discipline

Qualifications

+ Diploma in electrical and electronics engineering or diploma in mechatronics or diploma in electro-mechanical
+ Fresh grade or 1-3 years experience in related field
+ Computer knowledge will be an added advantage
+ Willing to work on night shift
