The primary responsibility will be equipment and clean‑room maintenance as an Equipment and Facility Technician/Engineer. This is a full‑time position that requires on‑site presence.

Responsibilities

• Scheduled maintenance for production equipment (such as flip‑chip bonders, probe station, oven, dicing saw and wet stations).
• Troubleshooting for production equipment.
• Communicate with equipment manufacturers in English.
