Equipment Coordinator

On behalf of a leading US dental equipment distributor, Superstaff is seeking a highly organized Equipment Coordinator . In this fully remote role, you will serve as the central point of contact for the entire equipment order lifecycle, from processing purchase orders to coordinating final delivery with vendors, sales teams, and finance partners.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Order Management: Manage the entire sales order and purchasing process, ensuring 100% accuracy in quotes, purchase orders, and billing.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between sales teams, international vendors, and finance partners to facilitate smooth order fulfillment.
• Logistics & Tracking: Coordinate all logistics, including shipping schedules and installation dates, while maintaining real-time updates in our systems (CRM, Basecamp).
