Equipment Engineer

Job Summary

The Equipment Engineer shall lead, implement, and monitor the proper usage and storage of Cast-In-Place (CIP) forms for housing construction. The responsibility also includes controlling, managing, and proper recording of CIP forms to be issued to the contractors in order to maintain the quality and maximize the mandated number of usages based on the supplier's declaration.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. CIP Formwork & Methodology Management

• Ensures the proper execution of CIP methodologies to meet monthly setting targets and capacity goals within specified timelines.
• Checks and records the precise number of usages per set of CIP forms to align with supplier-mandated lifespan declarations.
• Controls and manages contractor activities to ensure the correct handling, assembly, and stripping of CIP forms.
