Equipment Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Wafer Bumping

·       Carry out equipment maintenance activities for wafer bumping equipment

·       Responsible to reduce equipment downtime and maximize machine availability

·       Monitor equipment OEE, MTBA, MTBF and spare parts planning

·       Involve in new equipment installation and setup

·       Establish or improve machine preventive maintenance checklist and equipment FMEA

·       Organize preventative maintenance and repair of production equipment and optimize maintenance schedules

·       Verification and analysis on defective part to determine the root cause and remedy

·       Troubleshoot equipment major problems

·       Drive continuous improvement activities on the equipment and manpower needed

·       Work on machine parameters, SECS GEM, FDC and system setup
