Job Description
- Daily maintenance arrangement, management and preparation of safety operation rules of the motorized equipment
- Failure maintenance and repair report of mechanical equipment and metering equipment
- Business training and guidance for SMT equipment operators
- Statistics of utilization rate of key equipment and important equipment of the department
- Responsible for the department's mechanical equipment integrity rate statistics
- On-line debugging of SMT device program (DEK printing, Panasonic NPM)
- Selective wave soldering programming and assisting in wave soldering production
- Abnormal handling of SMT equipment (DEK, Panasonic NPM mounter, Rehm reflow welding, selective wave soldering, Asymtek three anti-coating machine, etc.)
- Assist SMT production and manufacturing engineers to deal with SMT quality abnormalities
