Job Summary
As a Test Equipment Engineer at NXP Semiconductors, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of advanced test equipment used for validating and characterizing our cutting-edge semiconductor products. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our devices.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible of Test equipment PM (handler) and maintain good governance of the records for audit purposes.
Maintain and order required spare parts to maintain a good preventive maintenance and avoid breakdowns.
Debug and troubleshoot complex test setups, including hardware, software, and measurement issues.
Collaborate with design, product, and manufacturing teams to define test requirements and ensure testability of new products.
Conduct root cause analysis of test failures and implement corrective actions.
Maintain and calibrate existing test equipment, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
