Equipment Engineer

Job Summary

The Equipment Engineer shall lead, implement, and monitor the proper usage and storage of Cast-In-Place (CIP) forms for housing construction. The responsibility also includes controlling, managing, and properly recording CIP forms to be issued to the contractors to maintain the quality and maximize the mandated number of usages based on the supplier's declaration.

Job Description:

• Ensure and monitor the execution of methodology, capacity, and the desired number of settings of CIP forms per month are met within the specified timeline and based on the set quality standards; issues such as discrepancies and delays shall be reported immediately to the Construction Manager and Project Engineer
• Conduct daily site inspection to ensure the required equipment and tools are available on site, such as power water sprayer, concrete vibrator, and rubber mallet
