Equipment Engineer

Position for resident Republic of Kazakhstan Place of work: Zhanaikhan Town, Sauran District, Turkistan Region Schedule of work: 5/2 Duration of services: July 2026 – December 2027 Type of services to be provided: Engineering and related services Required Qualification and certificates: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 7–10 years in solar power or renewable energy projects. Proven experience in: Owner’s Engineer / Lender’s Engineer / Independent Engineer roles Solar PV Experience with EPC contract frameworks English/Russian fluent, Chinese – preferable Technical Review & Engineering Oversight Review and comment on EPC Contractor deliverables, including: Equipment specifications and datasheets Vendor documentation and drawings Design calculations and reports Verify compliance with: Employer’s Requirements (ER) Technical specifications International standards (IEC, IEEE, UL) Identify design risks, inconsistencies, and deviations.
