Equipment Engineering Technician

Job Description:

I. Perform daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and repair of the following equipment:

1.Sawing machines

2.Discrete component electrical testers.

3.Automated Visual Inspection (AVI) machines.

4.Automated Dambar Cutting and Soldering machines

5.Automated Casting/Encapsulation machines

6.Manual pneumatic and electro-pneumatic equipment

*Execute preventive and predictive maintenance tasks according to schedule.

*Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment-related issues.

*Collaborate with equipment engineers to improve equipment reliability and performance.

*Ensure compliance with safety protocols and 5S standards.

*Document all maintenance activities and equipment performance records accurately.

Job Qualifications:

*1–5 years working with semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

*Operating and maintaining dicing saw machines (e.g., DISCO, ADT)
