**JOB SUMMARY**



The role is responsible for troubleshooting, modifying, and creating machine PLC programs to meet plant requirements. The role includes maintaining and repairing CCD systems and automated camera inspections, ensuring proper machine movement and sequencing, suggesting improvements to enhance productivity and OEE, and training technicians to improve their skills in PLC programming and machine automation.



**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**



+ Trouble shooting, Modify or Create Machine PLC program to suit the need of the plant.

+ In-charge of the repair and maintenance of the CCD System or Automated Camera Inspection of the production machines. As well as the PLC system of the machine movement and its correct sequencing.
