Equipment Maintenance Coordinator

• The position is responsible for strong coordination and implementation of efficiency initiatives to support construction operations by ensuring optimal utilization and productivity of heavy equipment in the business unit.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinates the transfer team for the transport of heavy, medium, and light equipment
• Handles rentals of heavy equipment, scheduling of equipment hauling, and general clerical duties.
• Manages lease of heavy equipment, Inventory, Dispatch, Insurance, Revenue Reports, and permits.
• Coordinates the rental and transportation group of heavy equipment with project engineers.
• Continually focuses on achieving heavy equipment profitability through effective management of all fleet within the assigned area, in particular, maximizing heavy equipment usage
