**Job Description**

Leads a team of Equipment Operators and performs work as an Equipment Operator, as needed. Allocates equipment and personnel based upon project priorities. Communicates effectively with client, project personnel and team members. Coordinates proper maintenance and repair of assigned equipment. Ensures safe work practices and compliance with safety requirements at all times. Completes all necessary administrative requirements and performs duties of subordinate personnel as required.
