**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ Lead and support daily operational engineering activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant performance
+ Analyze processes, equipment, and production data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
+ Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and safety teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
+ Support project planning and execution, including upgrades, modifications, and capital improvements
+ Ensure engineering practices align with operational, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
