Key Responsibilities May Include:
Lead the implementation of process reliability (PR) systems to improve the performance of production equipment, ensuring alignment with operational targets.
Manage and maintain plant-wide preventive maintenance systems, promoting best practices and sharing knowledge with other plants to optimize maintenance programs.
Lead technical improvement initiatives, including automation enhancements, equipment capacity upgrades, and the replacement or installation of new machinery to support operational efficiency.
Develop and execute technical skill enhancement programs for plant inspection and repair teams, facilitating the continuous improvement of technical capabilities and ensuring alignment with safety standards.
Oversee and drive building and facilities upgrades, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and in alignment with safety and regulatory standards.
