Equipment & Process Technician

Overview

The Equipment Technician performs and ensures that the manufacturing equipment is in working condition, providing the necessary preventive and corrective maintenance to facilitate production without defects caused by the equipment.

General Responsibilities

• Participate in services and calibrate test equipment by performing regular performance inspections, planning preventative maintenance and repairing defective equipment or systems.
• Assist with repairs and preventative actions on equipment within production.
• Participate in the deployment of new equipment.
• Assist on preventive actions with real risk of equipment or infrastructure problems.
• Ensure correction and continuous improvement events for the performance of production equipment.
• Timely inform supervisor and relevant staff about maintenance issues related to technological equipment during unplanned repairs.
