Equipment Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To monitor and maintain capability and efficiency of production machines and equipment

• To perform regular preventive maintenance on production machines and equipment as per established schedule

• To perform troubleshooting of machine issues and malfunctions, so as to provide emergency repairs of production machines and equipment

• To detect and identify faulty or defective machines parts that requires repairs or replacements
• To support process and production on machine troubleshooting or improvements of product yield and quality issues
• To follow up with new machine setup and trial run
• To monitor safety stocks and ensure availability of machine spare parts at all times
• To ensure all maintenance record and checklist are correct and complete
• To comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work area for maintenance of production machines and equipment
