Job Description

1. Ensures that all machines and production equipment run smoothly to meet schedules

2. Monitors machine performance and equipment being used in the production line and respond immediately to any machine trouble that may arise such as but not limited to machine parameter

3. Makes countermeasure report for problems encountered, conduct analysis and make recommendations to prevent re-occurrence of the problem

4. Makes recommendations and suggestions on productivity and machine improvement and proceed improvement action

5. Support production on relay-out plans, physical set-up, machines, tables and other equipment in the production line

6. Equipment installation, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting

General knowledge on operation, repair and maintenance of machine

7. Monitoring of machine performance such as but not limited to laser machine, data gathering and calibration
