Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicatedEquipment Training and Competency Specialist to join our team.This role is key to developing and implementing our Train the Trainer program, which focuses on building the competency of front-line supervision in overseeing safe and efficient heavy equipment operations. This role will also assist in developing task-specific trainers for specialized equipment operations as needed. This position requires regular travel to various project locations to deliver training, provide on-site coaching, and support the consistent application of company standards across all operations.
