The Boeing Company is seeking an experienced **Equity Compensation Administration Specialist** to join their Total Rewards team and report directly to the Director, Executive Compensation Governance and Stock Administration. This role can be based in **Chicago, IL or Seattle, WA.**

The Equity Compensation Administration Specialist will manage, enhance, and deliver high-quality equity plan administration and participant services for our global employee population. This role partners with Total Rewards, Legal, Finance, Payroll, and external service providers to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant execution of all equity-related programs.
