Equity Sales Trader (Ref: AJ47103)

A Japanese startup (backed by a major financial institution in Japan) is seeking an Equity Sales Trader to join its newly established Amsterdam office as part of the initial founding team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading client execution coverage and revenue growth for Japanese cash equities, expanding a portfolio of European institutional clients, and operating as a ‘player-coach’.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in front office sales of cash equities, and an existing network/connections in Europe for equity products

TYPE: Starts from 1 year fixed-term contract – with potential for extension

WORKING HOURS: 40 hours from Monday to Friday

SALARY: Up to €100k, depending on experience

START: ASAP

LOCATION: Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid with 4 days minimum in office for foreseeable future)
