Equity Trader

Role Summary

Equity Traders are responsible for executing trades for fundamental, quantitative, and index strategies globally. You will work closely with the broader investment team to deliver desired portfolio exposures in the most efficient manner while contributing to the Trading group’s broader objectives.

Responsibilities

• Under the guidance of senior team members, play an active role in the day-to-day execution and management of the Fund’s equity exposures.
• Execute trades on the Toronto desk across North America, Latin America, and Asia.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external trading counterparties, brokers, exchanges, and other market participants across channels and regions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance trading systems, execution analytics, and implementation processes.
