ER Co-Ordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient flow and assist in smooth ER operations
• Liaise between doctors, nurses, and support staff
• Ensure proper documentation and registration of ER patients
• Handle patient attendants professionally and provide guidance when required
• Maintain ER records, logs, and shift reports
• Support ER consultants and nursing staff in operational matters
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and ER protocols

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Intermediate
• Prior experience in ER coordination, hospital coordination, or hospital/ER reception will be an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced emergency environment
• Good coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hospital information systems
