+ 昇降機（エレベーター・エスカレーター）の施工計画立案
+ 現場の工程・品質・安全・予算管理
+ 元請・協力会社との打ち合わせ
+ 現場での施工指示・調整
+ 竣工検査および引き渡し業務

**【求める経験・資格】**

+ 建設現場での施工管理経験（設備・電気・機械いずれか）
+ 昇降機工事経験者歓迎
+ 施工管理技士（1級・2級）保有者は優遇
+ 関係者との調整・コミュニケーションが円滑にできる方

**【勤務地】**
仙台市内および東北エリア（現場により変動）
