ERP Accounting professional

Job Overview:

We're seeking an experienced ERP Accounting professional to own inventory, COGS, and financial reporting for our growing wholesale apparel business. This is a high-impact, hands-on role managing our ApparelMagic ERP accounting system, while overseeing bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and producing management-ready reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of day-to-day accounting in ApparelMagic for inventory, COGS, AR, AP, and landed costs.
• Clean up and stabilize historical ERP data, ensuring inventory and cost accuracy without overriding transactional records.
• Reconcile inventory clearing accounts and COGS-related bank accounts exclusively within ApparelMagic.
• Oversee QBO bookkeeping for operating expenses, payroll, utilities, rent, and software, ensuring alignment with ERP outputs.
