Projektarbeit 
Management von IT-Projekten und Teilprojekten 
Zusammenarbeit bei komplexen IT-Projekten 
Koordination von IT-Partnern/Anbietern 
Internationale Koordination von IT-Partnern und Lieferanten 
Personalmanagement 
Aufbau, Coaching und Entwicklung der ERP-Anwendungsspezialisten
