ERP Automation & AI Engineer (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities

We are looking for a visionary engineer with an “Automation First” mindset who rethinks our core processes and makes our system ecosystem smarter. You are the right fit for us if you are an architect of resilient, data-driven systems who chooses the best technology for every problem – from robust scripts to smart AI agents.

This is a fully remote position; however, we are only considering candidates based in Germany or the United Kingdom.

• Analyze our central value streams (e.g. Purchase-to-Pay), develop the automation roadmap, and deliver measurable business impact (e.g. reduction of cycle times & error rates)

• Build predictive monitoring and “self-healing” mechanisms for our critical interfaces to resolve issues before they arise

• Develop systems for the automatic analysis and resolution of support tickets, thereby reducing the manual workload within the team
