ERP Business Process & Modernization Consultant (SAP)

We are seeking an experienced ERP Business Process & Modernization Consultant to lead cross-functional workshops documenting current (as-is) processes and defining future-state solutions within an enterprise SAP ERP environment. This role will analyze operational workflows, identify system and process gaps, and develop a structured modernization blueprint supporting an SAP S/4HANA upgrade or transition to a new ERP platform. The Consultant will translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements while guiding governance, change management, and implementation planning efforts.
