ERP Business Process Specialist

Job Type: 6-month contract (with possibility of absorption)
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite, shifting schedule as needed
Salary: PHP 60,000 gross

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled ERP Business Process Specialist to lead end-to-end process analysis and ERP system optimization across functional areas. You will work closely with business stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, develop process documentation, and support ERP implementation and improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ERP process analysis and system design across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and other functional areas.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and propose scalable solutions.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, and SOPs.
