ERP Data Entry

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date material master records in our ERP system. You’ll play a critical part in ensuring data quality that supports our supply chain, procurement, and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and remove obsolete or duplicate material records from the master database.
• Merge redundant entries while preserving historical and relevant data.
• Update missing information such as material descriptions, units of measure, and supplier details.
• Generate and analyze reports on data quality, inconsistencies, and cleansing progress.
• Correct data entry errors, including inaccurate product codes or naming.
• Review and clean up trade vendor master data; identify inactive vendors.
• Audit and manage outstanding or incomplete purchase orders.
