ERP Development Manager

·     Lead and manage a team of software developers specialized in ERP development activities.

·     Oversee resolution of change requests and problem-solving related to Dynamics 365, Sapience, and SAP Concur.

·     Manage and control the Scope of Work assigned to outsourced business partners, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget compliance.

·     Collaborate closely with the PMO to maintain accurate project plans and schedules.

·     Ensure adherence to organizational standards and best practices in software development and ERP implementation.

·     Build a strategy to insource the key, higher-value, analytical responsibilities to be performed in-house, as well as some of the development tasks, providing his/her team with all necessary training requirements. This responsibility aims to reduce dependencies from business partners.
