ERP Development Manager (Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central, Retail)
A leading retail organization is seeking an ERP Development Manager to lead the modernization of its enterprise ERP landscape. This is a hands‑on leadership role for a senior ERP professional who thrives at the intersection of architecture, development, and people leadership .
You will own the end‑to‑end migration from Microsoft NAV (on‑prem) to Dynamics 365 Business Central (Cloud) , driving technical strategy while remaining actively involved in system design, AL development, integrations, and deployment. This role plays a critical part in enabling scalable, secure, and high‑performing ERP solutions that support retail operations across stores, e‑commerce, supply chain, and finance.
This is a full‑time, on‑site role based at the corporate office in North York .
Base Pay Range
