About the role
We are seeking an experienced ERP Executive to join our team at Conext Solution Sdn Bhd. As an ERP Executive, you will play a key role in providing pre- and post-sales support to our customers, ensuring they get the most out of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions. This is a full-time position that will involve a mix of customer-facing and technical responsibilities.
What you'll be doing
Demonstrating and promoting our ERP software solutions.
Providing technical support and training to customers on the implementation.
Gathering requirements and translating them into system configurations.
Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with the ERP Odoo software.
You will perform ERP Odoo customization and development, including modifying existing features and building new functionalities based on business needs.
