ERP Functional Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

• Rollouts of new merger and acquisition in JD Edwards E1 9.2 Software for Bureau Veritas group.
• Go live support for JD Edwards E1 9.2 Software specialized in Sales and Distribution module.
• Knowledge in Time and Expense module is required.
• Provide JDE support for JD Edwards E1 9.2 Software for Bureau Veritas group JDE users.
• Provide JDE month end closing process support during the financial closing each month.
• Investigate, troubleshoot on JDE production sales and distribution/integration issues (queries, data analysis etc.) and work with the Business to fix the root cause.
• Deep analysis of issues and escalation of technical issues on functional (projects people who validate technical evolutions) and maintenance teams.
• Create/update documents for support activities with respect to business processes if needed.
