ERP Implementer

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementer with strong hands-on expertise in ERPNext. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading full-cycle ERP implementations, aligning business processes with system workflows, and ensuring successful deployment across departments, with particular emphasis on accounting and financial modules.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end ERPNext implementation (requirement gathering to go-live)
Analyze existing business processes and translate them into ERP workflows
Configure and implement modules, including Accounts, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, and CRM
Ensure accurate setup of the Chart of Accounts, financial reports, taxation, and compliance structures
Customize forms, fields, reports, print formats, and approval workflows
Manage data migration (master and transactional data)
Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support
