Position Overview

ERP Key User – EWM 12‑month contract (limited term). Location: 25 Wolseley Court, Cambridge, Ontario (Onsite). Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm. Primary Duties and Responsibilities

During the project, deployment, or evolution phases of the ERP, the Key User will: Enable business process development and solution design. Provide input for detailed design to help reduce resolution time for business process issues. Qualify and relay user needs to maximize satisfaction and drive improvement when needed. Express change requests (business requirements to adjust the ERP solution). Ensure implementation and data quality. Co‑build use cases with BPOs and SMEs, build detailed scenarios, identify appropriate test data, and execute test scripts. Give feedback on IT solutions provided (user interface, user experience).
