Our client is looking for Project Manager – Odoo ERP Implementation

Job Title: Project Manager – Odoo ERP Implementation
Work Setup: Hybrid - 4 days onsite and 1 day remote
Work Location: Ortigas
Salary: 150,000

Qualifications:

Must-Have:

• Proven experience managing end-to-end ERP implementations, preferably with Odoo.
• Professional certification in accounting (CPA or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience in ERP or IT systems.
• Familiarity with business processes across finance, inventory, sales, CRM, and HR.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have:

• Odoo functional certification.
• Experience working in consulting environments or software/tech companies.
• Agile or Scrum certification (PMI-ACP, CSM, etc.).
