ERP Specialist

Overview

We are seeking an experienced ERP Specialist to manage and support the company’s ERP system end-to-end. This role will be responsible for system administration, user support, training, business requirements analysis, and continuous improvement of ERP processes to support overall business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ERP user accounts, roles, and access permissions
• Monitor ERP system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity and security
• Act as first-level support for ERP users and resolve daily system queries
• Conduct onboarding and ERP training sessions for new and existing staff
• Develop, update, and maintain ERP documentation, user guides, SOPs, and manuals
