Job Description
The ERP Systems & Integration Administrator is responsible for the technical stability, integrations, and performance of the ERP environment. This role ensures accurate data flow between ECOUNT, POS systems, and other platforms, minimizes system downtime, and manages technical risks.
Key Responsibilities
System Administration
Configure and maintain technical system settings in ECOUNT.
Apply system updates, patches, and enhancements.
Monitor system health, logs, and performance metrics.
Integration Management
Manage ERP integrations with POS systems (Money Cache, Kyte) and other platforms.
Monitor real-time and batch synchronization of sales, inventory, and accounting data.
Troubleshoot and resolve synchronization issues promptly.
User Account & Technical Support
Create and manage user accounts across ERP and POS systems.
Assign system access based on approved roles.
