The Team Manager, ERP will play a critical, hands-on role in leading and managing the ERP team, ensuring seamless service delivery, operational efficiency, and financial awareness and performance within their department. This role plays a pivotal part in overseeing strategy, revenue tracking, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring satisfaction and team productivity.

The Team Manager will drive profitability, utilization, upskilling, allocation of work, maintain training and development, and ensure strong alignment between business goals and service execution.
