Toensure that all ICT equipment imported into, manufactured, supplied or used in South Africa complies at all times with the applicable ICASA technicalstandards. Ensuring that approved equipment doesnot cause damage to orinterfere with the operation of the telecommunications network or otherequipment; and that the operating frequencies of all Radio Equipment conform tothe National Radio Frequency Plan.
Key Outputs: Issuing Type Approval Certificates for approved equipment, Provisional Letter of Authority, Label authorisations for self-print and printing of ICASA Labels
