About the role

MAHA KONSULT SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced ERT Coordinator to join our team in Bukit Minyak Penang. This full-time position will be responsible for coordinating the Emergency Response Team (ERT) and ensuring the effective implementation of emergency preparedness and response plans within our organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop, implement and maintain emergency response plans and procedures
2. Coordinate the training and development of the ERT team members
3. Lead emergency drills and exercises to test the effectiveness of emergency response plans
4. Liaise with external emergency services and regulatory bodies as required
5. Investigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes and implement corrective actions
6. Monitor and report on the performance of the ERT and emergency preparedness program
7. Provide guidance and support to the business on emergency response and preparedness
