Responsibilities

• Proven experience managing large-scale ERP implementations, ideally Oracle Fusion Financials


• Experience delivering Finance Transformation programs within financial services or fintech/software environments


• Strong background working with Finance stakeholders (CFO, Controllers, FP&A, Accounting)


• Experience managing systems integrators and cross-functional delivery teams


• Expert in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)


• Strong planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting capabilities


• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive (fast) decisions in complex environments quickly


• Ability to create and visualize presentations and results on executive summary level
