As an ETAC Engineer, you will:
Take full ownership of complex technical issues, including:
Initial troubleshooting
Identifying root causes
Resolving issues and ensuring proper communication
Lead internal escalations and collaborate closely with TAC and R&D teams
Design and maintain the FortiEDR knowledge base to ensure it remains accurate and up to date
Provide product feedback and technical insights to internal teams
