This role is responsible for independently investigating and resolving complex and high-impact customer-reported issues. The ideal candidate demonstrates technical depth, effective cross-functional collaboration, and a strong sense of ownership in driving resolution. Escalation Engineer II serves as a trusted partner to internal teams and an advocate for customers in critical scenarios.
