Duties:

  • Support a variety of customer service related functions in call center environment
  • Provide the highest level of customer support when responding to balance inquiries, investigating card declinations, processing card activations, etc.

Qualification:

  • Atleast 1 year experience in the BPO setting.
  • Experience handling escalation is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28, Php29,000.00 per month
