Business Developer- ESD & SED Solutions
We're looking for a senior ESD Solutions Specialist who can design, commercialise, and govern high-impact ESD and SED programmes. Someone who understands B-BBEE deeply, speaks comfortably with executives, and knows how to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
What you'll do:
Client engagement and solution design
Lead structured discovery with clients to unpack ESD, SED, compliance, commercial, and impact needs
Design tailored ESD and SED solutions that align with the B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice and South Africa's ESG priorities
Translate client requirements into implementation plans, budgets, milestones, and quantified outcomes
Act as the day-to-day client liaison, keeping delivery on track and stakeholders informed
Enterprise and Supplier Development strategy
Design and govern enterprise and supplier development initiatives that are scalable and sustainable
