I have been exclusively retained to appoint an experienced Engineering Manager to lead technical operations within a well-established ESD semiconductor test house.

This is a key leadership role responsible for managing the engineering function, supporting production performance, and maintaining high standards within a controlled ESD test environment.

The Role:

• Lead, develop, and mentor the engineering team
• Oversee engineering activity across the full ESD test process
• Ensure ESD protocols and cleanroom standards are maintained
• Drive process improvements to improve efficiency, quality, and yield
• Support equipment performance, maintenance planning, and troubleshooting
