ESG and Shareholder Engagement Associate

We are looking for an individual interested in gaining experience in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and shareholder engagement consulting. The Associate will support ZMH with project management, data collection, research, podcast creation, and whitepapers. We are seeking professionals who are eager to learn and gain knowledge and experience while making a strong contribution to our growing practice.

Job Responsibilities:

●Supporting team members on client project deliverables

● Conducting primary research and consolidating data from Corporate Sustainability Reports (CSRs), Investor Stewardship Reports, ESG frameworks, and rating systems.

● Researching markets and industries for ESG peer benchmarking, data mining, and chart building

● Creating client specific content that is innovative and original

● Proofreading and editing client deliverables. Ensuring all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
